Rules and Guidelines
TIMEZONE
After you book your appointment, please make sure to check YOUR correct timezone for your booking [CST | PST | EST] - if you do not show up or come at a different time, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged in full.
COVID POLICY
Wearing a mask will no longer be mandatory. However, if you feel more comfortable with your stylist wearing a mask, just ask upon arrive.
If you have COVID, you will need to email bookwithhaiya@hercurls.com before the 48-hour window in order to reschedule with no extra fees. If you do not update us before the 48-hour window, you will need to email bookwithhaiya@hercurls.com with proof of the COVID test [must show name, date/time] in order to reschedule the appointment.
If you have COVID and we do not get notified or proof of the COVID test, you will be responsible of your appointment and pay in full.
CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel within the 24 hour timeframe of your appointment, you will be charged in full. This includes illness, weather and travel related cancellations.
We value our client's time as well as ours. All services require a deposit in order to reserve your appointment. It will go towards your services.
LATENESS
It's understood that things happen sometimes, we encourage you to come on time to avoid any Late Fees, which are applied after our 15min grace period. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day and will have to forfeit your deposit and be charged in full. This is in respect to our guidelines and clients for the day.
NO SHOW
Late longer than 15mins and for those who do not reach out prior to appointment, forgets the appointment, etc - the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged in full.
APPOINTMENT
All appointments must be booked online. No walk-ins.
Services can take minimum 2 hours.
Photo & Video Disclaimer HERcurls reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any appointment without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. HERcurls may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by HERcurls, including but not limited to social media, brochures, websites, invitations, newsletters, magazines, tv, etc…
Please be sure to read and follow Hair Prep guide before booking an appointment. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THIS PREPARATION, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS. HAIYA SHOULD BE ABLE TO EASILY DETANGLE YOUR HAIR BEFORE YOUR DRY CUT OR YOU ARE NOT PROPERLY PREPARED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
